BY ENTERING THIS GIVEAWAY OR PARTICIPATING OTHERWISE IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE RULES. THESE RULES ARE A CONTRACT SO IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THEM AND UNDERSTAND THEM BEFORE ENTERING. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS ANY AND ALL ENTITIES SPONSORING THIS PROMOTION IN ANY FORM. THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR DISTRIBUTION OF ANY PART OR ALL OF THE PRIZE PACKAGE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE ANY AGREEMENT BY ANY SPONSORS FOR SUCH ACTIVITY. YOU ARE EXPECTED TO CONDUCT YOURSELF IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAW. THERE IS NO CLASS RELIEF, AND YOU ARE AGREEING THAT ANY DISPUTES SHALL UNDERGO MANDATORY AND BINDING ARBITRATION, AND YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES ARE LIMITED, INCLUDING THE RIGHTS TO ANY DAMAGE RECOVERY.

1. Eligibility:

Win a Tactical Gear Bundle (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of United States and is void where prohibited by law, and who are not legally restricted from owning, possessing, or taking possession of any items included in the Promotion. Employees of Grid Tactical (the “Sponsor”) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion, and all entrant participation is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Winning any prize requires the fulfillment, and acceptance of all requirements set forth in these rules.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. Promotion Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on Aug 16, 2024 12:00 AM , and ending Oct 31, 2024 11:59 PM . All entries must be received by Oct 31, 2024 11:59 PM .

4. How to Enter: Entry shall generally consist of one (1) entries received for every $1 spent on eligible purchases of Grid Tactical merchandise made online at grid-tactical.com (the "Website"). The number of entries you receive will be based on the price of your eligible purchase before tax, shipping, or other price modifications. If your purchase is returned, the entries associated with that purchase will be voided. Your purchase must be received by the Sponsor no later than the time and date specified in section 3 ("Promotion Period"), and all entries constitute your agreement that you are eligible for this Promotion, including being eligible to receive entries via a purchase. You will be offered the opportunity to receive email communication from the Sponsor by opting-in. Whether you opt-in or not does not alter your chances of winning, and no additional entries are granted for opting-in. You are not required to opt-in to this service in order to participate in this Promotion. If you do choose to opt-in, you are granting the Sponsor permission to send you communications now and into the future regarding products, services, promotions, incentives, or other messaging related to the Sponsor's business. You may opt-out or unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

4a. Additional Bonus/Multiplied Entries: From time to time throughout the Promotion, the Sponsor may offer bonus entry opportunities, which would multiply the number of entries received per dollar spent. When an bonus or entry multiplier is offered, the number of entries will be multiplied by the bonus multiplier. For example, a purchase of $50 during a 10x bonus period would earn 500 entries. The timing of these bonuses will be solely determined by the Sponsor, and the announcement of such bonus periods will be broadcasted through the Website, any applicable social media pages, and/or email promotion for those who have opted into such communication.

4b. No purchase entry: Entry into the Promotion does not require a purchase. In order to receive fifty (50) entries without making a purchase, you must use a 3"x5" plain piece of paper or notecard, and hand print your complete legal first name, last name, permanent street address, city, state, zip code, your date of birth (format: MM/DD/YYYY), email address, and daytime phone number including area code. You must mail your entry in a #10 business envelope with first class postage to: Grid Tactical Giveaway #1, 209 S Shady Shores Dr, Lake Dallas, TX, 75065. Your envelope must include a valid return mailing address including your complete first and last name. If your mailed entry does not include a valid, verifiable, and legible return address, your entry will be deemed incomplete, and thus, invalid. Mail in entries are limited to one (1) entry per mailed envelope; in other words, you may not mail entries in bulk. All mail-in entries must be handwritten. No computer or machine printed entries will be accepted. Photocopied, or otherwise mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted, and metered mail is not permitted. Mailed entries that are postmarked by the Promotion end date will be accepted so long as they are received no less than 4 business days after the end of the Promotion as specified in section 3 ("Promotion Period"). If you wish to take advantage of any bonus periods or entry multipliers, you must follow the aforementioned mail-in instructions and include the hand-written words "ENTRY BONUS", and the multiplier being offered (example, "10x", or "20x"). Bonus entries must be postmarked during the period in which that bonus is offered, and must be received no later than 4 business days after the end of the Bonus period.

So long as your mail-in entry follows the specifications and instructions above, you will receive the appropriate number of entries for which you are eligible. Mail-in entries that do not follow the correct format or instructions, or are otherwise not legible, accurate, or complete, or have been photocopied, or otherwise mechanically reproduced will be deemed null and void. The Sponsor is not responsible for mailed entries that are lost, damaged, late, destroyed, or lacking due postage, or for entries not received by the deadlines specified in these terms. Nothing sent to the Sponsor is returned, and upon receipt becomes the property of the Sponsor. The Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, provide confirmation of entries or receipt of mail-in entries, but shall not be required to provide any confirmation or feedback to the entrant. Requests for confirmation are not required to be acknowledged by the Sponsor.

4c. Concurrent Promotions: This Promotion may, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, run concurrently with other promotions. All eligible purchases made during concurrent promotional periods will qualify for entries into any and all promotions running during those times. For mail-in entries, it is not necessary to send multiple mail-ins in order to be entered into all concurrent promotions. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

5. Prizes: Winners will receive:

Tactical Gear Bundle #1 (1) valued at approximately $1500 each

Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners may be required to report winnings to the IRS when filing tax returns. Any state, local, federal, or other taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner, and the Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any tax liability related to the winner or the prize.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Promotion will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Promotion with within five (5) days following the winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Promotion is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE PROMOTION AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

PLEASE NOTE: No one from any Grid Tactical Promotion, including the Sponsor(s) will EVER call you and ask you for any kind of credit card, bank, or highly sensitive personal information upon potentially winning the Promotion. We will NEVER use social media to contact the winner. No one will EVER require ANY kind of payment of any kind, including gift cards, bank transfers, money order, or otherwise as a condition of eligibility to claim the prize. Promotional scams do exist, and it is important for you to always protect yourself and your personal information.

8. Rights Granted by you: By entering this Promotion you understand that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Promotion, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

9. Terms: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such a case, Sponsor may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or Website or violates these Terms & Conditions.

Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Promotion, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Promotion rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Grid Tactical reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

11. Disputes: THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF United States AND Texas WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Texas having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Grid Tactical 209 S Shady Shores Dr #300-113 Lake Dallas Texas 75065 United States. Requests must be received no later than 60 days after the Promotion ends.

15. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, Truth Social, Rumble, or any other social media platform. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of this Promotion and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, Truth Social, Rumble, or any other social media platform.
